Our hotel bar offers wonderful signature cocktails and a fine selection of premium distillates and wines. The pool bar by the infinity Sky Pool offers soothing and refreshing drinks.

All indicated prices include the Quellenhof gourmet half board, which comprises a rich breakfast buffet and a six-course gourmet dinner menu. Our guests enjoy breakfast and dinner at the Panorama Restaurant.

The following cancellation conditions apply if you are unable to commence your stay at the Quellenhof Luxury Resorts:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to four weeks before arrival.
• For cancellations up to eleven days before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations between ten days and one day before arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed price of the stay.
• In the case of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked price of the stay.

… in the villas

For the exclusive villas, the following cancellation conditions apply if you are unable to commence your stay:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to four months before arrival.
• For cancellations from four to two months before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations from two months to four weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations from four weeks to ten days before arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations from ten days to one day before arrival, we charge 80% of the agreed price of the stay.
• In the case of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked price of the stay.

Please note that our cancellation policy depends on the possibility of reallocating the cancelled rooms either in whole or in part. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Deposits will be refunded in the form of a voucher, taking the cancellation conditions into account; monetary refunds are not possible.

On the day of arrival, your suite will be ready for you from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the suite by 11 a.m. Late check-outs are possible until 6 p.m., depending on availability. The fee for late checkout is 50% of the room rate. Additionally, a late check-out option for the wellness and spa area is available for €50.00 per room from noon onwards.

Please note that the Quellenhof Lazise welcomes guests from the age of four.

Children’s prices with 2 full payers

When booking online, children’s prices are calculated automatically based on their age.

Your faithful four-legged friend is very welcome here. We charge €25.00 per day (excluding food) for your dog.

Please note that dogs are not allowed to enter the wellness areas, the sunbathing lawns, and in our Panorama Restaurant. 

Suite Bella Bianca / Suite Bella Bianca al Lago: due to the elegant design (white marble, white furniture, white accessories), dogs are unfortunately not allowed in this room type. Thank you for your understanding.

If you want to relax in our dog-free wellness areas during your stay, our dog sitters will be happy to look after your pet. We charge €20.00 per hour for dog sitting.

For all bookings, a 40% deposit of the total price is required. The remainder of the hotel bill is settled at check-out.

We kindly ask you to attend dinner in elegant attire.

Several electric vehicle charging stations (Mennekes) are available at our resort for a fee.

Families can enjoy our family rooms and suites, two family saunas, an outdoor children’s pool, two water slides, and the playground in the garden of our luxury resort.

If you want a new hair style while on holiday, you don’t have to leave the resort. Treat yourself to a new look or hairstyling at the hotel’s own hair salon.

In addition to the price of the stay, a local tax of €2.00 per person (from 14 years) per night will be charged.

You can park your car free of charge in our underground car park.

We accept EC debit cards, Visa, and MasterCard. You are also welcome to pay your room bill by bank transfer in advance. Please note, however, that the transfer must have arrived in our account by the day of your departure (processing time: three days).

Treat yourself to relaxing massages, cosmetic treatments, and couples treatments in the Private Spa.

The price list on our website supersedes all previous price lists. Should the price details in your booking confirmation differ from this price list, the prices and general terms and conditions of the online price list shall always apply in case of doubt.

Our bistro and à la carte restaurant La Piazza offers light Mediterranean dishes and snacks at lunchtime and in the afternoon, as well as homemade cakes and ice cream.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm a certain suite number or floor at booking. We will, however, do our best to take your wishes into account. The same applies to our restaurant.

The price for single occupancy of a room or suite is available on enquiry.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in the event of a cancellation. It covers cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness, or death of the insured persons, as well as their children, parents, and grandparents. A medical certificate must be enclosed with the written cancellation by e-mail. The costs of the travel cancellation insurance must always be paid, even in the event of cancellation earlier than four weeks. The insurance must be taken out immediately with the room booking.

The Travel Cancellation Insurance covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness or death of the insured person, his or her children, parents or grandparents. (Of course we need a written confirmation). The insurance must be taken out through HOGAST
